*** product, Worse Customer Service!
1 STAR is to many! Like many others I purchased a replacement transmission from Jasper and the warranty.
Well less than 1200 miles later, most of the miles getting home from two different dealerships. Transmission is shot. Only to find out that yes even with the additional coverage that I purchased on the labor I will still be paying about $60 an hour out of my pocket for the replacement of the new transmission because the original one sent was crap. Typical, they do anything they can to avoid covering their sub par workmanship.
DO NOT BUY from JASPER.
*** product and even worse customer service. Run as fast as you can if the shop recommends a Jasper product!

JUNK JUNK JUNK! WARNING! STAY AWAY!!!! Had 3 engines put in my Jeep and all 3 were bad! They all blow smoke and use a quart of oil every other day! One engine blew a connecting rod. Huge Inconvenience

Trouble with jasper transmission
Purchased a transmission back in May, have had nothing but trouble with overdrive jumping out of gear, they have replaced transmission, and still have the same issue , Jasper sent a new solenoid pack on 2nd transmission, last week , still the same problem.. I am at my wits end on what to do Had no trouble with transmission that was original in vehicle this is an 07 Dodge ram 1500 motor went bad, Had no trouble with transmission that was original in vehicle, this is an 07 Dodge ram 1500...
bought a motor from Jasper which is doing a good job, and have no complaints decided to replace the transmission as well, When I purchased the motor, simply because of a new motor, Had no problems or issues with original transmission.. Have had nothing but trouble with the Jasper transmission at current date on the 2nd transmission one now from Jaspet...Still having the same problem I have also replaced the ECM On the 07 Dodge ram end result is the same problem with transmission will not stay in overdrive

There was no issue with Jasper. I had mistakenly indicated that I was a "Pissed Customer" and the case was closed..

Going through similar experience with an engine I purchased from them. VERY frustrating and wont use them again.
